Golden Rooster (raw) is a surprise for Desi chicken consumers. Our Golden Rooster was given Avipro Salmonella Vac E on the first day in drinking water which enabled us to farm an absolutely Salmonella Safe flock. Hence Golden rooster was never given any Antibiotics or Hormones in it’s entire 90 day life. Therefore young Golden Rooster grew slowly on natural feed ingredients on our biosecure farm in Attock until harvest. 

Cooking Instructions:
Golden Rooster Karahi cut takes about 45-50 mins to cook. Strong seasoning is recommended.
